Recently saw a website company named Builder Designs in Olathe Kansas advertising they have a new website SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Guru named David Bean that joined the company after working as a real estate marketing manager the last few years. Strange that when you lookup David Bean it shows he was with Cooper Communities where none of the websites are search engine optimized or built properly, he has never worked in the internet or website field and he graduated college in the 1970's with a radio communications degree (before computers or the internet).

Lets review this again - a 60 year old marketing guy with no prior work on websites is now hired by this Builder Designs company and listed as a SEO Guru

What kind of nonsense or misinformation will people create to sell a website?
